What format are the resources?

They are digital PDF resources supplied in A4 and US Letter editions. No physical products will be shipped.

How will I receive my files?

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your downloads through Gumroad.

Do I need to print everything?

No. You can read the stories and devotionals on a PDF-compatible device and print only the activities or pages you want to use. Coloring and hands-on activities are designed to be printed.

Can I see the materials before buying?

Yes. The sample gallery above contains genuine pages from the stories, activities, coloring pages, and devotionals.

Can I use the resources with a class?

The resources may be used by one family, or by one teacher or leader printing them for one class. Digital files may not be distributed.

About this policy

Growing in Faith Family offers downloadable Christian stories and activities for parents, teachers, and other adults to use with children. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with our Gumroad-hosted store and customer support.

Information we collect

When you purchase or request a free resource through Gumroad, we receive the customer and order information Gumroad makes available to us. This may include your name, email address, purchased product, order number, transaction amount, payment or refund status, and billing location.

When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you provide. Please send only what is needed to help with your request. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, or children's personal information.

Gumroad also collects technical and usage information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and activity on its platform. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

How we use information

We use customer and order information to provide requested resources, help with access, answer questions, process refund requests, and maintain records required by law. We use support messages to respond to the issue you raise.

Optional marketing emails

If you choose to subscribe, we may use your email address to send family faith activities, new releases, seasonal campaigns, and special offers from Growing in Faith Family. Subscribing is optional. Buying a product, downloading a free resource, or contacting support does not automatically subscribe you. Your choice does not affect delivery, access to your resources, customer support, or refund rights.

We may still send order confirmations, file-delivery and access messages, refund notices, and replies to your support requests whether or not you subscribe to marketing emails.

We keep a record of your subscription choice, including when and where you subscribed and the wording shown to you. We also record unsubscribe requests to respect your preferences.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting support@growinginfaithfamily.com. We will honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We may retain a limited record of your address and unsubscribe choice to prevent further marketing emails.

Service providers and disclosures

Gumroad hosts our store and is the Merchant of Record for purchases. Gumroad and its payment providers, including Stripe, handle checkout and payments. We use GoDaddy's Professional Email, powered by Titan, for our support mailbox, so GoDaddy and Titan may process messages to and from that address. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.

Information may be handled outside your state or country, including where we and our providers operate. Privacy laws may differ between locations.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added separate analytics tools or advertising pixels to our Gumroad-hosted store. Gumroad uses cookies and similar technologies for its platform. Its providers and partners may collect information over time and across other websites, including for advertising.

Gumroad states that it does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. You can use your browser's cookie controls and the choices described in Gumroad's privacy policy. Blocking cookies may affect store or checkout functions.

How long we keep information

Retention depends on what the information is needed for: fulfilling your order, providing related support, administering your email preferences, and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements. Order records, support correspondence, and subscription-choice records may have different retention periods. Gumroad maintains its own records under its policies and legal obligations.

If you subscribe, we may retain your subscription choice, when and where you subscribed, the wording shown to you, and your unsubscribe history for as long as reasonably needed to administer and document your preference. After you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record to prevent further marketing emails.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can contact support@growinginfaithfamily.com to ask about personal information we hold, request access, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Depending on your state of residence and whether the relevant law applies to our business, you may have additional rights to know how information is collected and disclosed, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, or limit certain uses of sensitive information. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

For requests involving access, correction, or deletion, we may need limited information to verify your identity. We will explain if a legal requirement prevents us from fulfilling a request. If you disagree with our response, reply to ask for a review; we will explain any appeal rights available under applicable law. You may also contact your state attorney general or other relevant privacy regulator.

For information Gumroad handles for its own purposes, use the contact details in Gumroad's privacy policy. This does not replace our responsibility to address requests concerning information we control.

Children's privacy

Our store, purchases, and customer support are intended for adults. The downloadable resources are designed for children to use with adult guidance; using the printed materials does not require children to submit personal information online.

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@growinginfaithfamily.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a revised date. We will identify material changes on this page and provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by law.

About these terms

These terms describe Growing in Faith Family digital resources, the license to use them, and our customer policies. Gumroad is the Merchant of Record and reseller for purchases made through our store. Gumroad's own terms govern its platform and checkout: https://gumroad.com/terms.

Who may purchase

Purchases must be made by adults who can enter into a binding agreement. Our resources are intended for adult-led family or classroom activities. Adults are responsible for choosing suitable activities and supervising children as needed.

Digital products and delivery

Our products are downloadable PDF files. No physical products are shipped. Before buying, review the product page for what is included, page counts, file formats, and price.

Where A4 and US Letter versions are included, they contain the same resource content formatted for different paper sizes. The two formats are not separate sets of activities.

Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The final amount, currency, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

After successful payment, Gumroad provides access to the purchased files. You need a device and software that can open PDFs, and a printer if you want printed copies. Printing supplies and equipment are not included. Printed colors and margins may vary with your printer and settings.

If you cannot access your files, email our support address with your purchase email and available order details. Please also contact us if a file is missing, damaged, or does not match its description.

Your license

Your purchase includes a non-exclusive license for either:

  • Use within one family; or
  • Use by one teacher or leader, including printing copies for one class.

You may print the materials as needed within that permitted use. A purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights. Any copyright or other intellectual-property rights that apply remain with the relevant rights holders.

You may not share or redistribute the digital files or download links, upload them for others to access, resell the materials, or distribute copies outside the licensed family or class. The license does not cover an entire school, church, organization, multiple teachers, or multiple classes.

Contact support@growinginfaithfamily.com before distributing materials beyond this scope. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use.

Refunds

We offer a full refund when requested within seven days of purchase, with no reason required. See our 7-Day Refund Policy for how to request one. That policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Product information and expectations

The product description shown when you purchase explains what is included. Our resources support adult-led learning and family activities. We do not promise a particular educational, behavioral, or spiritual outcome.

Nothing in these terms removes our responsibility for the product description or excludes any warranty, liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Reviews and concerns

You are free to share honest reviews and opinions about our products and service. These terms do not restrict that right or require you to transfer ownership of your reviews to us.

If you have a concern, you can contact our support address. Doing so is not a condition for exercising any legal remedy available to you.

Optional communications

Marketing emails are optional. A purchase, free download, or support request does not automatically subscribe you. Choosing not to subscribe does not affect delivery, access to your resources, customer support, or refund rights. Necessary order, access, refund, and support messages may still be sent as described in the Privacy Policy.

Updates to these terms

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the license or refund rights attached to an earlier purchase. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

We offer a full refund if you request it within seven days of purchase. No reason is required.

To request a refund, email support@growinginfaithfamily.com and include the email address used for your purchase. Add your order number or receipt if available so we can locate the transaction.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad. Once a refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights available under applicable law. If the law provides a longer period or a different starting date, those rights remain available.
